Goody Bags
Picky Chick Goody Bags are full of catalogs, coupons, business cards & promotional items from local businesses who serve FAMILIES! Loyal Picky Chick shoppers have come to anticipate our Goody Bags & enjoy receiving the season's best offers from Knoxville-area businesses like YOURS! The first 100 Goody Bags are given out at the Private Sale & the remaining 200 on the first day of the Public Sale.
Advertising fee is $25.00, or .08 cents per item. Compared to current US Postal rates of .44 cents per letter or .28 cents per postcard, this is a DEAL!!
Goody Bag Participants are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Your spot is reserved upon receipt of payment. Please mail checks to The Picky Chick Consignment, 5628 Ridgewood Rd, Knoxville, TN 37918. Exclusivity is maintained by limiting participation to 1 representative per brand and 2 representatives per business line. Ex: 2 Real Estate companies accepted, only 1 Century 21 representative.

Participants are encouraged to include money saving coupons or special offers available specifically to Picky Chick shoppers. Items are to be 8 1/2" x 11" (standard paper size) or smaller in size. If submitting multiple items, staple together or gather in cello bags.
Your 300 items will need to be delivered to the above address on or before: SAT, FEB 25, 2012 OR you may deliver to THE EXPO CENTER on FEB 27, 2012 between 9am-5pm ONLY.

Vendor Space
The Picky Chick offers a limited number of vendor spaces during our semi-annual events. Booths are located in high-traffic areas and include one (1) 6' table and 2 chairs. Booth size is 6' x 4' at minimum & may be increased if space allows. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis and exclusivity is maintained by allowing only 1 vendor per business line. Ex: 1 handbag vendor, 1 clothing vendor, etc. In some cases where vendors sell a variety of items, exclusivity is hard to guarantee. It is the vendors responsibility to disclose ALL products to be offered, so that The Picky Chick can do it's best to provide exclusivity.Once a vendor is approved, space is reserved upon receipt of payment. Fees for this event are $150. Vendors will receive 2 passes for entry to our Private Sale. Vendors may pass out flyers, balloons, promotional items, or hold contests or prize drawings. We encourage child friendly activities or give-aways to increase traffic to your booth! Vendors are responsible for staffing their booth and handling their own transactions. The Picky Chick will not be responsible for your inventory or cash.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Picky Chick Sponsors receive prime vendor space at our Consignment Event, 4 Private Sale Passes and are promoted in all Picky Chick advertising and email. We appreciate our Sponsors & want our Shoppers to be familiar with their products and services.
Sponsor flyers are included in our Goody Bags at no extra charge ($25 value).
