Drop Off/Pick Up

Check In/Drop Off - February 27 & 28, 2012 

Appointment required, log into your user account & click on Check In to schedule your check in appointment.  You will be checking in/dropping off at the Knoxville EXPO Center, 5441 Clinton Hwy.

  • Arrive at your scheduled Check In time. 
  • Unload your items & place them in the designated check in area. 
  • Your items will be checked for quality standards....stains, excessive wear, season, etc. 
  • Please don't be offended if we refuse an item, we all miss things while preparing items for sale. 
  • We will do our best to complete this in 20-30 minutes.

Clothing should be grouped by gender and size.  Rubber band hangers together.  A 25 item minimum is required for consignor participation.  The maximum is 250 items per consignor.  If you have more than 250 items, go ahead and tag up to 200 more & you may bring these during  Restock times (see Calendar for available times).  Same quality standards apply for Restock merchandise & you must schedule your Restock appointment by contacting Beth at 865.789.7525.

Please double check and count your items before drop off, so as to avoid unnecessary delays or surprises!

Please note that only seasonal items are now being accepted.  Summer clothing for the Spring Sale & Winter clothes for the Fall Sale.  Also see Acceptable/Unacceptable Items.

 

Restock Days - March 1 & 2, 2012

Restock items will be taken by appointment on the following dates:

Thu, March 1, 2012  9am, 12noon, 5pm

Fri, March 2, 2012   9am, 12noon,

You must contact Beth to make a restock appointment,865.789.7525 or beth@thepickychick.com.  This schedule is not available online.

 

Pick Up - Sat, March 3, 2012 from 7 pm - 8:30 pm

Our goal is to have ALL items sorted & ready for easy pick up...however, please understand that this is not a guarantee!  If we are unable to complete sorting, you may (for example) be asked to look for your own toys or accessories.  For this reason, if at all possible, please pick up your own items vs. sending someone else!    

At pick up:

  • A volunteer will be assisting you.  You will need to know your consignor #.  Bring a box or basket to gather your unsold items. 
  • Next you will be asked to go through your items & make sure they all belong to you...we do make mistakes OCCASIONALLY!
  • DON'T FORGET TO CHECK OUT THE MYSTERY RACK ....this is where items are placed that do not have tags, so we do not know to whom they belong.
  • Also check the OOPS! RACK.... if we find stains, holes, wrong season or outdated clothing that slipped past the original check in...it is taken off the sales floor and held  here for pick up.
  • Lastly, We will have an area set up for DONATED items....as you go through your unsold items feel free to leave a few items here and we will get it to one of our Charities.

VERY IMPORTANT:  If you are unable to make this time, please arrange for someone else to pick up for you.  If you fail to pick up during this time, your items will be donated to charity.  Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS!
